Shipping and delivery method

Art. 4 Delivery

4.1 Delivery costs to Italy are € 10.00 for orders of less than € 499.99 (VAT included) and free for amounts over € 499.99 (VAT included). Delivery costs to other EU countries are € 50.00 for orders of less than € 499.99 (VAT included) and free for amounts over € 499.99 (VAT included). There are no surcharges for shipments to the Islands.

4.2 Delivery is understood to be made to the number of the recipient or to the different place indicated in the transport documents (d.d.t.).

4.3 The goods will generally be delivered within 2-3 working days if the product is in stock. If in the product page, in the Availability field is indicated: "Availability: Available from stock in Europe, generally shipped in 10-12 days" the goods will be shipped in 10-12 working days. After the confirmation of payment, the approximate date of delivery will be communicated, except for the lack of responsibility of PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. for the hypothesis of delay/lack of delivery by chance or force majeure (purely by way of example accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfalls and similar events) or for causes in any case attributable to the carrier.

4.4 The courier delivers without notice and in any case, as a rule, in the morning following the day of dispatch. PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. is not responsible for any delays in delivery or additional charges borne by the Customer in the event that an incomplete or incorrect address is provided. The goods travel with a regular transport document, it is considered delivered to the place indicated by the customer at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.

4.5 The goods ordered are covered by an insurance guarantee for the entire shipping phase. It is the customer's responsibility to verify, upon receipt of the goods, the number of packages and the integrity of the product. In the event that the goods at the time of verification with the courier is damaged or not intact, the customer has the right to refuse receipt of the product and / or indicate in the appropriate section of the form of the courier, the "specific reserve" describing the damage and communicating within 1 working day to PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. by e-mail to, possibly sending photos. In the absence of timely complaint, we will not accept claims relating to the non-integrity of the products delivered.
